I had never heard of him until today (January 28,2009) on his 97th birthday I saw the ugliest Google Doodle ever.
Out of curiosity i visited his official website www.jacksonpollock.org .And it was a wonderful experience.I even made my own painting.....

Dude u hav to watch the movie Pollock...if ur into this guy...weird movie for a weird guy....genius though he was probably!
Anyways my experiments with the art did not go quite as well as yours so I whink I'll practice on it for a while
First of all "I'm not into this guy", and if I get the opportunity I will surely see the movie.
